Emma Watson looked absolutely stunning at the latest Beauty
and the Beast premiere in Shanghai, China. The actress looked stunning
in a Elie Saab gown with a long, flowing cape. Posing alongside her
co-star Dan Stevens, who plays both the Beast and the handsome prince,
she looked incredibly elegant in her ensemble. Emma added a pop of
colour to her look with a slick of dark berry lipstick, she wore her
brunette locks in loose curls.
Speaking about the movie, the brunette beauty
said: “Pure joy this film, it’s un-apologetically romantic and
sometimes we need that. And I thin particularly now we need that. You
come out fuller than when you went in.”
In the original you don’t get much sense of Belle, who she is before she
meets Beast, so I wanted to create a backstory,’ the brunette shared.
‘We made her this mad wacky inventor,’ in effect taking over from her
father’s character in the cartoon. And the star found it “really fun”
playing the lead role as the iconic Disney princess because she was able
to “pad” out her characters backstory.
