Frill & Cage

The runways were rife with ruffles, notably the flamenco-inspired renditions at Balenciaga and Ralph Lauren.

Cagey looks were popular as well, with sheers at Alberta Ferretti, among others.

Frills are no longer limited to skirting. Ruffled collars and sleeves made a splash at Chloe ..and more..traditional below-the-belt versions were fresh at Ralph Lauren and Balenciaga......
